PATREON EXCLUSIVE: Should Men Have 1 Purpose In Life Or Pursue Multiple Meanings?

You are spot on with the diversity of interests, especially when it come to women. Most women who follow more of a conventional dynamic in a relationship find it fascinating and irresistible in men who have a broad spectrum of interests and who can demonstrate high level of skill in a variety of disciplines. From what I observed, women like novelty. Women like to change things around the house. If they find themselves next to a man who's fixated on one project and neglects all else around then women get bored. I believe in having one specific area a man should develop the most. Say a profession in their career or a trade or one chosen sport where they are at the top of the game. But this doesn't mean it's the only thing a man will do. It's also absolutely OK to switch focus to something else. Say, find new way to earn money if the industry is in decline or chose a lower impact physical activity as you age. Women will absolutely support the right man. A one trick pony will bore anyone in the room, not just women. Being scatters and jumping from one thing to another is not attractive on the other extreme. Women do look for a core stability in a man. You nailed the attraction point without even bringing it up. Not sure if you are reading comments from older videos, but I'm going to leave them in case more people like myself join later on and find my comments useful.

Amazing thanks so much!!

Regarding your point at the end, Alex. At this point, I'd much rather hear about your views on *any* other topic over the usual dating/red-pill content. Not that there's anything wrong with that content, it is what brought us all to your patreon after all. However, I feel you have graduated from that box and have a lot more to say and talk about without limiting yourself to that niche. I like to think we can all agree the dating/red-pill community is basically beating a dead horse in terms of content (though yours is leaps and bounds better than anything else out there). We're all here for your personality and opinions. Even Pewdiepie went from streaming and screaming at a screen to reviewing books he enjoyed.

I agree with the above comment 1000% ^

Thank you for making this video. My mind has often felt like it wants to tear itself apart in the past by trying to decide what I want to do for the rest of my life. I have learned that it's very important to not let other people (especially family) skew with the vision you have for your future. Thank you again for making this video; it has allowed me to reflect on everything that matters to me, and I feel like it has given me confidence on what I know I want to do, and how I want to do it.

Women are just one of the things we should “pursue” in our life. 🙂 This subject still is of most importance in our life. More videos of this subject please.

This is great timing for me since I have been conversating with myself on the many things I want to achieve in my lifetime and If I am even able to complete them all.

What are some meaningful and happy things that I can put into my life besides my career?

Absolutely great video, I thought it was very interesting.

This is very affirming and encouraging. I'm so grateful I have a variety of things I derive purpose and meaning from.

I'm ADD as hell, and so being a SysAdmin actually makes my life both mostly lucrative, and within my mental landscape. But, being that way means that "one purpose" is a wholly ludicrous notion. The issue I typically have with this conversation is the idea that there's a one size fits solution, or that it needs to be either/or. I have been a SysAdmin for 20+ years, so clearly it fits my world, but I also have no love for it. It's for teh monies, that's it. It fuels my other 37 passions as it were. The one passion notion has never made sense to me for obvious reasons, and it took me many years to realize that I'm fine as I am, instead of flawed because I don't just have one interest. Anyway, great vid, just wanted to comment based on my experience.

That quote from The Last Samurai "life in every breath" has been coming up in my mind lately. Thanks for the encouragement on holding myself back; I've been listening to far more music lately than I have.

Perfect timing Alexander, thanks!
