Are you a pro at landing interviews with executives in large companies? Then we'd love to hear from you.

Our editorial focus at InnoLead is the people driving change inside large, US-based companies. These tend to be heads of marketing, technology, innovation, new product development, design, R&D — and occasionally, CEOs. We're looking for a Contributing Writer who has experience lining up and conducting these kinds of interviews (which typically happen via Zoom or Teams, but can be in-person at company offices or trade shows). Often, these focus on the use of new technologies (AI, VR, quantum) or the launch of new initiatives or products.

In the past, we've interviewed top executives at companies like Marriott, Disney, BMW, Google, Northrop Grumman, CapitalOne, WL Gore, CarMax, Ralph Lauren, Dow Jones, Home Depot, and Tiffany & Co. Founded in 2013, InnoLead is a media and events company that serves a readership working on new initiatives inside established companies. We have a subscription-based website, email newsletter, podcast, and conferences, and we also publish quarterly research reports. Our research and content has been cited by many other publications, including Fast Company, Harvard Business Review, R&D World, and Forbes, and in several recent books.

Ideally, a Contributing Writer is submitting one or two pieces each month, but the rate may be higher at times when we are working on special projects. Each interview pays $750-$1000, depending on length and degree of difficulty. Some multi-source pieces or special projects may have a higher pay rate.

When you apply, please send 3-5 examples of Q&As or articles that include senior executives at large, high-profile companies as sources. (We will not consider applicants who have not done this kind of work previously.) Experience working with Wordpress and HubSpot is a plus, so please mention if you have used those platforms.
