Business Insider’s health and parenting section is seeking personal essay pitches about the following topics: stories about being an older parent, graduating and being unable to get a job, navigating parenting while returning to work or quitting because of RTO mandates, having side jobs as a parent or retiree, parenting teens, wealth/financial differences affecting friendships or relationships, skipping relationship/life milestones or doing them in an unexpected order, friendships with neighbors or people of different generations, having kids so your parent could be a grandparent, early retirement or being unable to retire, interesting stories about living with other people to save money (aside from typical roommate stories), and any other interesting personal or relationship story related to health and/or parenting. Rates start at $225 for about 600 words. To pitch, email rdonahue@businessinsider.com with [Pitch: Your proposed headline] as the subject line. Rolling deadline.
