ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an experienced YouTube scriptwriter who can not only produce high-quality scripts for our interview-driven business content but also help shape video and thumbnail titles and contribute to thumbnail planning. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our content is engaging, high-performing, and aligned with our channel’s growth strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Scriptwriting (Primary Role)
Write engaging, story-driven scripts for our interview-based YouTube videos.
Utilize past scripts, training materials, and AI tools as references but take full ownership of final scripts.
Develop compelling hooks, seamless transitions, and storytelling elements that maximize audience retention.
Title & Thumbnail Strategy
Craft attention-grabbing video titles designed to maximize CTR.
Plan thumbnail concepts in collaboration with our design team to ensure they align with the video’s core message.
Video Planning & Structure
Work closely with the production team to refine video flow and structure.
Ensure that each script enhances the interview’s storytelling while maintaining a high-energy, engaging format.
