Are you a copywriter with experience working with a presentation designer for deck presentations?

We are looking for a talented Copywriter to craft compelling and informative copy for PowerPoint slide templates used at events. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to communicate a brand’s mission, values, and key messages in a concise and visually engaging format.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for event PowerPoint slides, including:

• Work closely with the presentation designer to ensure copy integrates seamlessly with slide layouts, visuals, and branding elements.

• Tailor messaging to fit the tone and theme of each event, ensuring consistency with the client’s brand voice.

• Optimize copy for readability and impact, considering audience demographics and event setting.

• Proofread and refine copy to maintain a high level of quality and clarity.

• Adapt content quickly based on feedback and event-specific requirements.

• Work within tight deadlines while ensuring attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in event marketing, corporate communications, or brand storytelling.

• Strong portfolio showcasing presentation or event-related writing.

• Ability to distill complex information into concise, engaging, and visually appealing copy.

• Experience collaborating with presentation designers to align copy with visual storytelling.

• Familiarity with PowerPoint and how copy interacts with slide design.

• Excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.

• Strong collaboration skills to work with designers and clients.
