which documents the work and amplifies the voices of grassroots environmental defenders (EDs) in Latin America
covers less-reported regions
raises awareness of environmental conflicts and the contexts which surround them
highlights the challenges EDs face in protecting nature and communities and details how they are doing so
exposes the roles of different actors responsible for environmental destruction, addressing the root causes of these issues.
If you’d like to pitch an article, please:
introduce your idea and its context
identify the sources you’ll use
include a list of people you will speak to
give details of photographs/video that will support your piece
include a short bio about yourself
send to contactlab@lab.org.uk by 31 March
