Flow Space is actively seeking pitches for reported features and first-person essays focused on the health and wellness of midlife women (ages 35–65). While the core of the publication centers on topics like menopause, hormonal health, and longevity, they also welcome stories that explore adjacent areas — such as fashion, beauty, relationships, family, career, and culture — as long as there's a clear connection to midlife women’s experiences and well-being.

The publication's tone is empowering, informed, and compassionate, blending science-backed reporting with storytelling that resonates. Flow’s audience consists of women who are outspoken about their health and eager for content that reflects both the latest research and their lived realities.

Writers can pitch well-researched features, personal health narratives, expert-led product roundups, or timely second- and third-day angles on news stories — especially those involving expert sources. Think pieces on how midlife women are portrayed in pop culture are also welcome. Writers don’t need to be in the 35–65 age range themselves, but must be able to write knowledgeably and sensitively for that demographic.

Rates generally range from $200 to $300, with most pieces falling in the $300 range. Heavier investigative stories may be considered for higher fees — up to $800 — with prior approval. Pitches can be sent to Emily at ecegielski@shemedia.com.
