THE COMPANY
We scale eCommerce brands from six and seven figures to $10M+ in annual revenue.
We specialize in paid advertising on Meta and TikTok—focusing exclusively on DTC eCommerce brands.
We don’t make boring ads. We make ads that don’t look like ads and actually convert.
You’ll be pushed to be one of the best at what you do. In return, you’ll get great incentives, bonuses, flexible working hours, and the freedom to work in a high-performing team that actually values creativity.
With freedom comes responsibility—you’ll have the opportunity to grow fast, work with elite talent, and take ownership of your work. But we move quickly, expect excellence, and don’t do average.
If you want to become one of the best in your field, apply. If you want an average job, don’t.
THE ROLE
You will be writing copy exclusively for brands with military, first responder, and tactical audiences—primarily veteran-owned companies. Because of that, you need to have a strong grasp of military culture, tone, and mindset. Whether through personal experience or deep familiarity, you know how to speak to that audience with credibility and precision.
You are a heavy consumer of digital content. You understand what makes people stop scrolling—and how to make them click.
You thrive on creative freedom and don’t need hand-holding. You bring ideas, test them, and push boundaries.
You hate generic, corporate-style ads. We don’t do boring. We make ads that don’t feel like ads—they entertain, convert, and scale brands.
You know that winning ads don’t happen by accident—they’re built through iteration, testing, and performance data.
You can write across styles—UGC scripts, static headlines, short-form scripts—and adapt fast.
You’re sharp, confident, and understand what performance copy looks like in 2025.
You move fast, take feedback well, and write copy that’s both clear and conversion-focused.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Write short-form copy for Meta, TikTok, and Google ads across static, video, UGC, and motion formats.
Work with Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to turn insights and strategy into ad concepts that scale.
Write UGC scripts that feel real, sound natural, and convert hard.
Create hooks, CTAs, and scripts that match each stage of the funnel and brand voice.
Analyze ad performance and use it to write better copy that improves ROAS and drives growth.
Stay ahead of trends and know what makes people click across TikTok, Meta, and other paid channels.
Test, learn, and improve. You’ll constantly experiment, iterate, and sharpen your writing based on results.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
A strong portfolio of paid ads copywriting—especially for Meta and TikTok.
A deep understanding of military culture and mindset—you know how to speak to service members, veterans, and first responders.
(Preferred but not required) Prior military or first responder experience—or a personal background that gives you strong insight into that world.
Proven experience writing ads that convert, not just ads that sound good.
Ability to adapt your tone across multiple brands, verticals, and platforms.
Experience writing UGC scripts, static headlines, and scroll-stopping hooks.
Understanding of performance data and how it informs creative decisions.
A fast, clean, and efficient writing process—you move quickly and don’t get stuck.
A sharp eye for what works in eCommerce marketing today—and what doesn’t.
A genuine drive to become elite at your craft.
