Business Insider’s health and parenting section is seeking personal essay pitches about the following topics: living with other people to save money or for support (living with in-laws, grandparents, other single parents, etc.), being an older parent, graduating and being unable to get a job, ways your family is saving money, having side jobs as a parent or retiree, parenting teens, navigating when one partner wants kids/to get married and the other doesn’t, having kids so your parent could be a grandparent, early retirement or being unable to retire, decluttering, and any other interesting personal or relationship story related to health and/or parenting. Rates start at $225 for about 600 words. To pitch, email rdonahue@businessinsider.com with [Pitch: Your proposed headline] as the subject line. Rolling deadline.
