Added 2025-05-03 00:32:47 +0000 UTCCOMPANY/PUBLICATION: MACVINCE
Deadline: 3 June 2025
I'm looking for a creative, fast, and detail-oriented YouTube long-form scriptwriter to help develop engaging scripts for MacVince, my fast-growing channel about macOS. Now, I'd like to expand the channel topics to tech accessories and generally Apple products, as well as more entertainment-focused videos like weird gadgets, challenges, etc. Scripts must match my clear, functional, and personal style: fast-paced, human, with easy-to-understand language and light humor.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Passion for Apple products and consumer tech.
Strong writing skills.
Ability to write conversational, spoken-word style scripts that sound natural out loud.
Attention to pacing (no long-winded sections) and logical structure - each video has to be as concise and original as possible.
Comfortable matching my channel voice and tone.
Good sense of humor that feels real and relatable.
Experience writing for YouTube or understanding YouTube storytelling techniques (hooks, retention, etc.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Write scripts based on titles, bullet points or outlines provided and also conduct own research.
Produce clean, finished drafts ready for recording (no excessive wordiness or passive constructions).
Typically 900–2000 words per script.
Open to revisions based on feedback.
Must be able to work independently but also be receptive to clear direction and feedback.
If you love tech and good storytelling, I’d love to hear from you!
