We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Scriptwriter to develop compelling video scripts that transform complex ideas into engaging narratives. This role involves crafting 10-minute educational and analytical content for YouTube that keeps viewers captivated through storytelling techniques, metaphors, and clear structure. You'll work closely with our team using Simby.AI as your primary research and script development tool, providing both exceptional content and valuable feedback on the Simby platform throughout the process.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The perfect candidate for this position combines strong storytelling abilities with analytical thinking. You can transform detailed briefs into flowing narratives that educate while entertaining. You're comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative process and can provide thoughtful feedback on their functionality. Most importantly, you understand how to craft openings that capture attention and maintain viewer engagement throughout a video.
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
Experience writing scripts for educational or analytical video content
A talent for developing metaphors and creative frameworks that explain complex topics
Exceptional research skills and the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
Strong understanding of YouTube content strategy and audience retention principles
Openness to collaborative feedback and willingness to iterate
Curiosity about new technology tools and how they can enhance creative processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience writing scripts for video content (portfolio samples required)
Understanding of YouTube platform dynamics and audience engagement techniques
