I'm seeking personal essays on how the workplace is changing for parents. I'm hearing a lot about the workforce changing and becoming less friendly to parents. Has a RTO mandate or another work policy made it more difficult for you to balance your career and family? Have you recently decided to leave your full-time job because it is no longer a sustainable option for you? Please send me a pitch with a proposed headline and describe your situation. Rates begin around $200 for 500 to 600 words, but will vary based on experience and the assignment. I'm also always on the hunt for unique parenting essays.
