Chris Arrant, Editor in Chief of Popverse, is looking for a writer:

I'm looking for a freelance writer to cover Fan Expo Chicago (Aug. 15-17) for Reedpop's Popverse. This is to go to 2-3 panels per day, and write breakout stories based on what they say in a timely manner in consultation with myself (who will be working remotely).

The rate would be $1000, with a goal to have 15-20 short stories turned in as Google Docs following our style guide by EOD Aug. 17.

If this sounds like you, email me (chris.arrant@reedpop.com) with your name, location, and linked samples of event-style reporting such as this you've done in the past. Also let me know anything else you would need to complete this as stipulated.

Please follow these directions. How you do in that helps me know how well a communicator you can be if hired.

Deadline to get in touch is this Wednesday.
