CALL FOR PITCHES: Derange is looking for literary journalism. We can pay $100 per piece, and the subject matter can be about anything. Ideally, your story will pair boots-on-the-ground reporting with narrative flair. Full details below.
PITCH GUIDE:
We are looking for literary journalism. The subject matter can be about anything, but ideally these stories will pair boots-on-the-ground reporting with narrative flair. These should be 2,000-3,000 words with a 2-4 week turnaround time. Have something totally different in mind that you know will be good? Shoot it our way.
Send all pitches with “PITCH” as the subject to millan [@] derange . co & samuelnhyland [@] gmail . com. Expect a response within a week or two.
We can pay $100 per feature. (Yes, we know that is much lower than you deserve: tell your friends to subscribe and ask the richest person you know to fund us so we can raise that rate.) Looking forward to hearing from you.
