THE ROLE
We are seeking a Creative Script Adapter to transform romance and drama web novels into binge-worthy screenplays for mobile-first, vertical video storytelling. This is part of our Paid Creator Program and is a project-based contract role, with compensation provided per completed and approved script package. Writers with experience in adaptation, romance storytelling, or interactive formats will thrive in this role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Adapt web novel plots into high-quality screenplays for vertical streaming formats.
Analyze and enhance story structure, pacing, and character development.
Write original scenes and collaborate on revisions.
Optimize story elements using audience engagement data.
Provide feedback to peers and participate in script workshops.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of professional screenwriting or adaptation experience.
Strong romance/drama storytelling skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Comfortable with young adult romance/drama themes, including sensitive content.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
COMPENSATION:
Paid per completed and approved script package, estimated USD $300–$500 depending on length and complexity.
