Our client, a leader in providing financial technology software platforms, is searching for a Web Writer/Content Strategist to join their team!
This is a 9-month W2 Contract with benefits and paid holidays!
In this role, you’ll craft clear, engaging content that simplifies complex financial concepts and empowers small-business customers, collaborating with designers, marketers, and product teams to deliver customer-focused storytelling across web, email, in-product, and marketing channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute content strategies that transform complex financial language into clear, conversational messaging.
Create web pages, emails, in-product messages, microcopy, and other customer-facing deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in storytelling, tone, and design.
Test, refine, and iterate on content ideas using feedback, data, and research.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in content design, content strategy, or related field.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Proficiency in Figma
