OUR HOMES is always looking for contributors who can write about home interiors, design, real estate, outdoor spaces, and regional lifestyle with sharp insight and strong visuals. They publish quarterly in Ontario regions and pay CA $0.25 per word for freelance writing, plus CA $0.40 per kilometre in travel reimbursement after the first 60 km.
Pieces typically range from 200 to 900 words across sections such as People (≈ 700 words), Comfort Zone (≈ 350 words), Feature Home (≈ 900 words) and Home & Builder (≈ 900 words) with clear regional sourcing and attention to local detail.
