They changed the actor for Ann between season 1 and 2 because they had originally intended to switch the actress for every appearance to emphasize the joke about how forgettable she is. However, they decided that Mae Whitman played the role so well they dropped that plan. Not sure if she should take that as an insult or compliment, but there it is. Wasn't until recently that I caught the last part of the rock/paper/scissors joke - After Michael uses the rock to defeat the giant scissors, the narrator says the whole thing was covered by the Paper. I missed that part of the joke for years; always more to find with this show.

You may have missed (at least, you didn't comment on) one of the quickest, nastiest jokes in the series. GOB buys a boat called the Seaward. Later Michael tells him, "Get rid of the Seaward." And Lucille walks in, hears "Get rid of the C-word," and says "I'll leave when I'm good and ready."
