18+ Dragon Quest 7 Maribel (167 + 139 illustrations)

Today I tried making Maribel from Dragon Quest 7.

The recent Nintendo Direct suddenly announced the Dragon Quest 7 remake, and it caused quite a stir. Even though Dragon Quest 1 & 2 haven't even been released yet. 😅

I played the PS version of Dragon Quest 7 extensively back then, so I'm really looking forward to this one.

By the way, I didn't particularly like any female characters, but Maribel is surprisingly cute when you remove the Akira Toriyama-style filter. 😅

They say the tsundere character was too early, but now that we're in the Reiwa era, the tsundere craze has faded, so I don't think Maribel's popularity will ever return. 💦

The PC environment has changed this time, too. I had to remake it right before uploading it.

The remade version has my usual style, but this one has the texture I personally prefer.

The prototype version has a stable feel and is useful when creating licensed illustrations, but I still have some issues with the composition and texture. 😟

So I remade it again.

Please enjoy the differences between the two versions.

As I've said before, if I have the time, I'd like to upload my personal fan fiction separately, in the afternoon posts I want to see more of this time.

Also, please note that I don't plan on making detailed edits to the afternoon posts. 🙇

I'll be making thorough edits to the regular evening posts.

今日はドラゴンクエスト7のマリベルを作ってみました

先日の任天堂Directで突如ドラクエ7リメイクが発表されてかなり湧きましたね

ドラクエ1＆2もまだだというのに😅

ドラクエ7も当時PS版をガッツリやっていたので今回も非常に楽しみです

ちなみに女性キャラという点では特に好きというものはなかったのですがマリベルは鳥山明さんの絵柄のフィルターを外すと案外可愛いなと思いました😅

早すぎたツンデレとは言われていますが令和の今となってはツンデレブームはまた遠くなってしまったのでマリベル人気が来ることは中々ない気がしてしまいますね💦

今回PC環境の変化もあったのでアップ直前に作り直しています

作り直したほうがいつもの絵柄のものですがこっちが個人的には理想とする絵の質感ですね

prototypeとしてる方の絵は安定感あるし版権イラストを作成する時には重宝するのですがやはり構図と質感に不満点があるんですよね😟

なので改めて作り直した次第です
