Crazy how much that mimics the promotion journey of the salaryman worklife. But fair enough I suppose, Tanya has found a place she can be treated seriously early on and has got a crazy headstart (assuming she can live through it 😂😂)
2020-06-27 11:23:01 +0000 UTCThe Empire is a meritocracy - people with potential get recognized and move up the ranks, so even if the officer is eleven they'll listen to her if they know she's as smart or smarter than everyone in the room. Of course, there will still be people who won't listen simply because of her age, like in the briefing, but the real movers in the army seem to have recognized her abilities.
