Hi Jake! I'm having issues when strumming with a pick on my acoustic guitar. I'm trying to play regular chord progression but my pick sometimes stuck between strings or sometimes it just flicks from my fingers. Is it just lack of practice or I'm holding it too tight or something to do with the angle between pick and strings?
2022-06-11 16:24:26 +0000 UTCTwo questions if you have the time: First and most importantly, any updates you can share on the chord book? :) Second, I’m finding I really like the sound of a descending or ascending bassline (both chromatic and diatonic in major or minor). Any tips for creating interesting chord progressions based on a bassline like this? (I use G, D/F#, Em, D, C, D frequently, it’s time to explore other options). I think I just need to choose a bassline then play with inversions to find a sound I like, right?
