Stuff that I am doing - 23/6/17

So yeah: back from Paris. Great trip, saw a tonne of stuff, relaxed (which is usually impossible for me, I have trouble figuring out how to do that) and had a bit of a rethink about a few projects and started some others.

On the TV reviews front: I had said to myself that I wanted to at least talk about the new Twin Peaks, I was expecting to make a two part video discussing the first half and the second half respectively; but upon watching the opening couple of episodes of it: I find it just so damn fascinating that I'm gonna have to make a long-form series of reviews of about four episodes a video over a couple of months. I forgot how addictive I found this show, it just sort of hypnotizes me. Stylistically its similar, but in terms of its content its a very different beast to the original. I'd say its closer to Eraserhead era Lynch than it is the original Twin Peaks.

I'll be finishing up a few TV Dissection videos before I embark on Twin Peaks reviews. So far I've got scripts written for ones on:

The top 5 Worst TV Shows I've ever seen

Hoping to get those done and out over the course of end of June/July.

On the He Who Moans front, I've been slotting it inbetween other stuff and I'm projecting a finish date of end of September for He Who Moans reviews. After that it'll probably return to Big Finish reviews, lists, parodies, stuff like that.

Also, mentioned on twitter, I started writing a new story for Broken Systems and annoyingly its already longer than the Internet Always Remembers and I'm barely, actually I'm not even totally sure if I'm a quarter of the way through. Its called "It's Just a Game" and its a weird murder/mystery and its a bit too big a story to be a short one...I think I've almost accidentally started writing a novel. Its an obtuse Stubagful approach to a murder/mystery though so expect the unexpected....I really have too many ideas.
