Stuff that I am doing - 21/07/17

Anyway: so I feel really weird at the moment. It was Chester Bennington's suicide that did it. I grew out of Linkin Park years ago, but it feels so weird seeing him and Chris Cornell, two artists I listened to a lot as a teenager committing suicide within a few months of each other. And as someone's who's suffered from depression for quite a long time, its really scary to be honest. I've been thinking about making some sort of long serious rambly video about my experiences with depression (and also the treatments on offer), just cause its an issue close to me and one of the things I now know I needed when I was growing up with it was more information and people's experiences to set it in context. I dunno, if someone finds it helpful then I feel that it would be worth it. Only trouble is it would require brutal honesty, so I'd have to check with everyone I know (and myself) whether they (or I) would be comfortable with that being in a public sphere. Its definitely a difficult thing to think about.

Anyway, all that aside (at least for the time being), I've written a script for a 5000 subscribers video. I've taken Monday off so I can have a full day for projects, so I should be able to get it done then (and also finally get that Dead Like Me Video done)

I've also written a script for an on-camera book review (I know, rare aren't they?) Its the first wholly positive Stubagful Literary Review and its about how much I love Rob Shearman's short story anthologies. Love Songs for the Shy and Cynical is a book that's haunted me for some time and I hope I've done it justice. So yeah expect that at some stage.

I also want to do this short sketch where I change my avatar from long hair to short hair at some stage. Feel its probably time to stop living a lie. Only issue is I'll have to reshoot those pictures I use in TV dissection, He Who Moans...that and I have long hair in the intro sequence....damn I didn't think this though.

Oh and I also wrote and finished that story about the End Credits of humanity scrolling across the sky that I mentioned in a previous post.

Anyway. That's about it.
