It has been 84 years since I posted anything related to the main canon side of the Equestria Mermaids series. So, here I share with you an exclusive preview of things to come: Pinkie and AJ are repairing the scooter. Since AJ has a penchant for do-it-yourself stuff and she definitely lives in a farm, with modern machinery and an old truck, it is only natural that she knows how to repair vehicles. Pinkie, being the owner of the scooter, is there to observe and help her cousin with everything she can. They are supposed to be bothered, rather comically, by an old man trying to sell them some cookies, from a "farm-that-remembers", hehe.
This picture will be important, because the scooter, with additional modifications from SUnset Shimmer and Sci_Twi, will play a role in the events yet to come. Also, I wanted to show another picture with the Equestria Mermaids doing some land-dwelling stuff. I also think that I made Pinkie rather small, hahaha. I will correct it in the edition. Not to mention AJ's hand around the wrench.

So glad you are about and (presumably) well, And back to art. This is sketchy artwork. And I like what it's leading to, hinted at for the longest. I had wondered when we'd see these two again. And there is a contextualization scene. Sticks. What is that cart, and who is on it? And what is Pinkie saying? Edits, I got it, it refers to a couple comments from before. Still who is he and where'd he come from? First since chase AJ has been seen out of water. And see them fully. Pinkie's hair has been tied since the resolution of the chase sequence. That lasted. Her sombre tone is unusual. I am stoked for the next EQM entry. And full colouring.
