Another Random Order - Spawn

Today I had enough time to finish up another random independent reading order, Spawn.
I'll admit, I cheated a little bit with the first half, stealing the order from a couple websites that had already done the heavy lifting. I wouldn't normally split up a series and have later issues placed earlier in the order (like I did with Curse of the Spawn), but that's what everyone seems to agree with.
The latter half, when we get to more modern issues of Spawn and the introduction of Spawn's Universe, I did my usual research of each issue to group them by story arcs and issues.
There are now four series running simultaneously (Spawn, King Spawn, Gunslinger Spawn, The Scorched), so I'll be updating this every few months to keep it current.
