Nanaya-kun and Elesia-chan

I wanted Nanaya-kun and Elesia to meet as kids. It was just another one of my random whims. Of course there's no canon story to make that possible, as Elesia is about 8 years older than Shiki, but that's why it's a random whim that nobody asked for.
For some reason, I made a bright BG version and uploaded that one on all my art platforms instead. I think this dark forest version looks too suspicious, and I wanted these two kids to have a fun adventure instead. But the shading seems to fit that atmosphere better... Unfortunately, my experiments in shading are all too safe, so I can't come up with something interesting yet.
