That's funny in that I seem to be your exact opposite - ie. AC and Missiles all the way, damn the consequences, let's blow some shit up! Run out of ammo?.. that's what arm melee mods are for!

2021-09-10 14:54:03 +0000 UTCIn the P&P battletech game you did not have these silly "you must put a ballistic weapon here" things. I liked that more because it allowed me to do stuff like swap those stupid AC20s for stuff like 3 MLs and a (decent) heat sink and stock up on armor. 🤣 But then again P&P Battletech never had you topple the other mech because you pummeled it with missiles and ballistics. Sooo yeah. But i really never liked missiles and ballistics. A bad shot has your ammo blow up. And it's a lot easier in P&P than with the video game. Sooo... yeah, never liked to sit on top of a bunch of "please hit here to blow my own mech up" target zones. Some call it silly to sacrifice damage for that. I call it essential.
