Digital Painting - Basic Stages

1) Drawing on paper
2) Inking in Photoshop and filling the shapes with flat colors. Note that small details like wrinkles are not traced yet.
3) Use a textured brush to trace small details -wrinkles, folds etc.
4) Add some subtle gradients on layers above the color fill layers.
5) Paint shadows and textures.
