Like his singing, rapping, and dancing was this good two years ago, just imagine how much he's improved since then and the dude is only 18 years old rn. Thank you for reacting to my video!!! I'm so excited to see what he does in the future and for him to finally start rapping again. He's said at fansigns he's a rapper first and then a singer and dancer after and that's he's gonna try showing off his rapping soon because he thinks his fellow members don't know how much of a rapper he truly is. Considering the fact he can sing amazing and he's literally ZB1's dance leader (said by the other members) he's insane. To directly quote him "A singer should be good at everything." He didn't get to show his rapping off much during ZB1's debut album, but a few of the 'rumored' song lists for ZB1's November comeback has been floating around and if they're the actual song lists, which seem super likely, Gunwook has lyric credits, which means he'll likely rap again. Also fun fact, the small 'rap' section he had during In Bloom was actually a phrase he wrote on one of the Boy's Planet forms when the show had just started, so you can consider that self-written too and like a prophecy for him. Gunwook wrote all his raps during Wild Idol and wrote some of the rap sections for En Garde as well on top of his Tomboy rap. If you ever have time you should for sure check out Wild Idol. It's super underrated and is just full of insane talent. Even when I rewatch it for Gunwook and Kamden I can't help liking all the other contestants. There was a lot of scenes I had to cut out for this vid (since it's only performance based) but a lot happened outside of the performances, from judge's comments to leadership issues, to some arguments, and then personal growth. I loved seeing Gunwook and all the other contestants grow. He's truly amazing.
