Comments Disappearing

Update: Okay, all you lovely people, I have a little more information about this issue with the comments:

I was told by Patreon customer service that they have a spam filter on a system-wide level. As an account creator/owner, I have no ability to check this spam folder. I didn't even know there was a filter. They couldn't tell me the exact criteria for when comments get sent to their spam filter, just that they mark comments which are "too long" and/or inflammatory (or whatever their criteria is for screening them; they didn't tell me) as spam, and I as the account owner will never know about it.

So, if you have posted a comment that isn't showing up, or was posted but subsequently disappeared, by all means let me know, but also contact Patreon customer support. There is no way for me to retrieve or restore your comment, but they might be able to.

There is no comment moderation on this Patreon account. I trust that you are all invested enough to keep spoilers at bay, and all opinions are welcome. The only instance in which I would even consider deleting a non-spoilery comment myself (which apparently is the only action I can do) is if someone were to be abusive to another patron (or me) and even in that case I would speak to that person before deleting any comment.

Previous: Hey everyone! Just in case there is any confusion - some patrons have posted comments that aren't showing up, or have disappeared after having been posted. I am not deleting any comments, myself. I know of three of you who've had comments either disappear or not appear at all, so if there are other incidents, please feel free to let me know as I'm contacting Patreon Help with this issue. :-(
