I have to say, I don’t really think the episode was trying to make Ed Morgan a sympathetic figure, like, he’s clearly broken by what he’s done, but it’s not because of any guilt over it, he’s simply paranoid and fearful that he’ll be caught or that someone will find out what he did, the episode doesn’t really try to make you feel good things about the guy, it’s more just about Gwens guilt over having taken a life, even inadvertently. Anyway, I know you’re long past this point by now, just thought I’d leave my two cents

2020-02-20 07:00:29 +0000 UTCAs you said, this episode gives us a little more insight into Owen, showing there is perhaps a bit more depth to him than the "arrogant prick" facade we've seen so far. Also note how his doctor instincts kicked in when Ed Morgan was stabbed and he immediately tried to revive him. Certainly a slower episode, but not a bad one in my opinion. Gives some good character development and insight that will come in handy as the season progresses. I hope you're feeling better, and can keep going with more DW and TW soon!😀
