2020-03-05 05:39:56 +0000 UTCI've been watching AOS since it first aired, and I wanted to say that this was the episode that originally hooked me on the show (interesting because 1x6 of Doctor Who was the episode that hooked me on DW!). With zero foreknowledge at the time, the situation with Simmons was extremely tense. In the back of my head I'm thinking "it's a Whedon show, anything could happen, anyone could die." I liked that they switched up the pattern a bit - the main plot seems to wrap up with lots of time left in the episode, then they throw in a twist. Glad you enjoyed this one - it's one of my favs!
