Also, the Watchdogs would work with an Inhuman that would help them further their goal of getting rid of all of the Inhumans. He just wanted to be the last to go and I'm sure they'd find that very advantageous. They get inside knowledge and then still get to, eventually, kill their helper. This is not new behavior for bigoted groups, to use those that are amenable to their cause (most of the time, those people are under the mistaken impression that they're being accepted and will be spared) and then get rid of them when they've run out of their usefulness.

He transformed and then was IMMEDIATELY swayed by Hive, so to him, I don't think he can separate the two things. I think it's kinda like relating an activity to something bad, like an addiction or allergy. People have allergies with different things and even if they may have liked those things before the allergies, they relate it now to the allergies (or addiction) so they don't like it. Since James hasn't known what it's like to be an Inhuman and not swayed, now he relates it to the extreme withdrawal and depression he feels and, therefore, hates it.
