For me, it was when he said "I met the Doctor once, when she was a man" and forgetting he was in An Adventure in Time and Space I thought "wait I remember him, but I don't remember Agent O, which episode was that?" so I looked it up. I kid you not, I was only 60 mins behind live, and someone had already updated Wikipedia with "Agent O/The Master" I was SOOO disappointed.

2021-04-10 12:46:14 +0000 UTCThe 12th Doctor drove a car in the Zygon two-parter, and the 11th Doctor was seen to drive that VW van in Any's Choice. I don't remember 9 or 10 driving. Of the classic Doctors, I can recall the 7th Doctor driving a van and the 3rd Doctor driving a lot of different things. 😀
