They shouldn't have broken up but they needed a reason sideline them so they don't steal any scenes. They shouln't havebroke Mike and Tina either but same reason. Rachel and Kurt need more scrrentime to be even more annoying. And yes, everything in NY is like a spin off of Sex and the City and it's so pretentious. I guess the actors wanted to feel mature and sexy and different than their original characters but Rachel and Kurt were everything but sexy and now they're just pouting and posing every little second of the season, drinking water from fancy glass bottles and having picnics in their living rooms. It's like those Disney alumni that want to be seen all grown up afterwards. Marley was a great Sandy and we barely saw her do anything.
