I think Oishi Ditective was talking in a winded way becuase he was a tiny bit drunk! he mentioned stopping by somewhere before they came and it showed booze bottles! ALSO Mion and Shion confusion is simple! Mion likes Keichi so she dressed up like Shion to give him lunch last episode but Kichi thinks its SHion and that what confused you guys!
