When all those titans shift, they have to be just rando Eldians that came along and self injected to shift like that. HOLY SHIT...that's some craziness. This puts the amount of brainwashing and self loathing the Eldians are experiencing into perspective. These people were willing to throw away their sentience in order to serve their masters.

So much build up, then we go from tensely waiting the whole epi to completely overwhelmed in an instant, AoT style. And of course Erwin' face when the titan' spawn BEHIND him ... such an iconic moment for season3part2

2020-08-03 12:00:16 +0000 UTCI love so many things about this episode but I think my favorite is when Erwin has a flash of genuine surprise when listening to Armin. Erwin's face is always so passive and blank, regardless of most situations. Seeing the brief moment that guard slips and knowing it was Armin inspired gives me chills everytime.
