2021-02-11 03:51:41 +0000 UTCMaybe you know by now but the Zoldyck Great Great Grandpa is alive and stays at the mountain. They actually show him this arc in the manga. It's the Great Grandpa (Zeno's dad/Silva's grandpa) who is missing. The Grandma is also a mystery and may be who you read about on Reddit. She got a silhoutte in the anime as did Great Great Grandpa.
