Fun fact incase you never realized (I didn’t realize until I read the novel and then rewatched the episode) but when Rem was torturing Subaru it was actually Ram who killed him using wind magic from a distance. That’s why Rem says “sister is to kind” after he dies. Subaru realizes this later when Ram uses wind magic to cut his cheek after Rem dies in her sleep.
