Once you download the files, extract them to a folder and open the "start game" by clicking it and selecting a web browser like Firefox or Google Chrome. If you see a large picture of Kitana moving, but no "Start Game" just try zooming out by clicking "control -" as the title screen may appear large. Let me know if this helps, and if not what issue you're experiencing.
