I havent checked yet but I'm like 99% sure the titan in the beginning that saved Zeke is the one that was initially carrying Zeke and the one he ripped up to attack Levi with. You can see it steaming, so it's prob repairing from Zeke ripping it apart, and that would explain why there's one alive that Levi didn't kill. It's one of Zeke's titans so he can command it.
