Endeavor has been chasing All Might his entire career. Endeavor had 4 children, shoto is the youngest and is already essentially a freshman in high school. His oldest daughter is already a working professional and Natsuo is in college... This means Endeavor is at least mid forties, as he had already established himself as a hero prior to marriage and children and All Might is older than him... Aizawa also said All Might has been defending the country for decades.. All might needs to sit down and enjoy retirement. lol
