What happened to Miranjo was already described in episode 11. Daida was literally told the entire story by the Gyakuza mobs inside his mind. Her limbs were cut off, and her face was flayed/skinned. It's interesting how some of the audience doubted Miranjo at the time, but realise she was 100% honest by this episode lol.
