They already showed Isuzu's mom. Ren and Isuzu have no relation. But they author of the manga made them similar looking on purpose. If you go and rewatch Isuzu's earlier scenes with Akito, then you will realize from the dialogue, that Akito is 100 percent projecting her feelings about Ren onto Isuzu. It was an early way of foreshadowing Ren's existence.
