There is technically one more thing you could watch from Urasawa, which is Master Keaton. I say technically because he didn't write it, he just did the art for it. But it still feels pretty Urasawa-esq since the person who wrote it, Nagasaki Takashi is involved with a lot of Urasawas works including both Pluto and Monster. Also highly recommend his manga since it's very doubtful any of his other works will get adaptations given how protective he is of his manga. 1000% recommend Billy Bat and 20th Century Boys. Oh yeah, there is a live adaptation of 20th Century Boys but I've heard it's not very good.
