While they are Luffy's friends, you could also interpret that as Margaret also maybe becoming a part of the Kuja pirates instead of an island guard. Maybe she and her friends got stronger too in the 2 years and they were promoted.

Like fake Luffy is voiced by Sanji 🤣also these fake strawhats are part of a meme in the fandom called "two piece". I wish you guys were up to date cuz there's an edit of all the arcs of one piece but with the fake strawhats and fake arc names 😂maybe a kind would could edit it for y'all with only the content you've seen.
