2024-11-08 05:00:11 +0000 UTCAs usual, at the beginning of an arc, I do my little non-spoilery thoughts. This arc is such a weird arc to describe however. Most people absolutely hate it in the anime or find it a mid 5/10. It has some of the coolest moments in the show, and when the manga came out weekly, people liked it - although not loved it...but as time has gone on its fallen further and further down the totem pole. The anime pacing doesn't help either. I always like to describe this arc as the opposite of a thriller bark (roughly where most people have it ranked next to). Thriller bark had a good overall story but lacked stand out moments until the very end. This arc has a lot of stand out moments but lacks teh story. But hey, let's see what you two think :)
