2024-12-06 01:19:23 +0000 UTCThere have been mentions throughout the series of a devil fruit encyclopedia Sanji mentions it to Absalom with the clear-clear fruit and Blackbeard mentions it, Blackbeard states that he memorised every fruit in the book and what each one did and looked like that's how he knew that the one Thatch found was the one he wanted. If each devil fruit and their abilities have been catalogued and only one of each fruit exists at some point or another someone must have eaten it and used it's powers so someone could record it in the encyclopedia.
