I have for the past like TWO weeks had the hardest time existing my sleep schedule is messed up and my anxiety has been kinda rough but Iβm trying to have a reset tonight to get me back on track send thoughts and prayers plz and thanks π«Άπ»

It's been a minute since you gave us some whisper ASMR. It's not bad for an accessory to a keyboard. I hope you're able to handle your anxiety well. I would wish that it would go away, but I kinda doubt that'll happen. Either way, I wish you the best of luck fixing your sleep schedule! Try putting on some classical music low in the background maybe? I know that many of those pieces can help with relaxation. Just don't do Beethoven's Fifth or Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture or the like! Have you mentioned yet how your meeting with the therapist went? I don't remember hearing anything since your live right beforehand, and I'm doing to know how everything went for you!
