OH, OKAY SO- I've heard a few professional artists say that when setting up a picture, you shouldn't take too much time on the sketch, maybe ten minutes at most. I consistently suffer with worrying about details subconsciously as I sketch and I keep losing myself in it, taking up to 90 minutes to finish a sketch before finally moving to the lineart stage-- A'IGHT, essentially what I'm trying to say is, this website right hurr: http://artists.pixelovely.com/practice-tools/figure-drawing/ Helps fabulously to get ya in the mindset of quick sketching and warming up to drawing loosely. Love it; I've been trying to use this ritually- It helps immensely every time I stroll onto the site.
